Expanding a bit on the concept, and trying a few different things to see what I like… so far I’m leaning toward the Shadow Magic (far left) and the two middle silver leaf designs, though I’m favouring the asymmetric one, thinking I may carry the leaf down the arrow shaft in the same spiral pattern. Now for the real question, could I write a sufficient shader to get the Shadow Magic looking good in realtime? In the mean time I will finish the arrow then move on to the bow.

Well since I have not posted in a while here is a little something, It’s not much now, but this is a small arrowhead concept I’m working on for a new art project… (Yes another project) called

As you may have guessed the project will be a small arsenal of weapons for a female character, and hey who knows perhaps I’ll even have time to develop Tegan her self… I’ll post more as I complete it.
